I have been to Glacier National Park to paint 2 of the past 3 years; and, am going again this August.  For a (primarily) landscape painter - this is heaven.  This scene is the Belly River which flows north out of Glacier NP.  This painting is all about atmospheric perspective and managing the greens.  On Instagram, I've posted the Grisaille start of this painting and its progression through finish.
